Deliveries occur Monday to Friday during normal business hours. Should you require delivery outside of business hours please contact us to see if this is possible for your area.

If the delivery address is unattended or you cannot be available to accept delivery, you need to contact the courier directly with your authority to leave the goods unattended and instructions on where to place the goods. Please note this voids KFL Deco and the courier’s liability that covers any loss, theft or damage to your item.

Freight is calculated on all purchased items based on your postcode. The checkout process will reveal the freight charges before you choose to process the transaction. If there are any issues with the freight charges, please call our customer service team on 03 9008 6403.

All deliveries made are to street level or kerb side only. If your delivery is required to go upstairs, in a lift or there is a special requirement involved and KFL Deco is not notified in advance prior to the delivery date, the delivery may be refused by the driver and you will be required to pay a fee to have the goods redelivered.
​
Items classed as ‘heavy items’ (over 25kg) will require an able-bodied person at the recipient’s address to assist the courier with unloading of item.
​
We offer free shipping for orders valued over AUD $5000 not including GST. Free shipping is only available to capital cities at the moment.
